Born in 1969 — shaped through a lifetime of experience.
Mother of Kasper and Kathleen.
A woman who loves with her whole soul.
I was born into intensity.
A life where I learned early how to survive.
A life where I stood alone many times.
I have been through pain, loss, near-death, breakdowns, and moments where everything could have ended.
And still… I kept going.
I never gave up.
People have misunderstood me my whole life.
I have often been seen as too much
because of my inner wisdom.
So I learned to stand in it.
To rise as a warrior woman.
They say they understand.
But they don’t.
Because they listen with the mind,
not with the heart.
They believe they understand
yet they have never experienced what it feels like to be fully alive in their body.
I lived in a world where something always felt missing.
All my life
in relationships, with men
I could feel that something was not real.
Then in 2009, I experienced Tantra.
In one hour, my entire mindset changed.
Since that moment, I never went back.
It became my mission to show the world what I saw.
That is why I created the word Sensuvitality.
Because I could see that we have to return
to the vitality within our sensuality.
The world has been shaped by distortion
through pornography, through Hollywood
disconnecting us from ourselves.
Our body,
Our breath,
Our truth,
Our sensuvitality life force energy.
We search outside ourselves
for something that has always been within us.
That is why I found Sensuvitality.
Not as an idea
but as a return.
To the body.
To the breath.
To life sensuvitality force energy.
My work is not something you grasp through words.
It lives in the body.
In the breath.
In the nervous system.
In the Sensuvitality life force energy that shapes your entire experience of life.
It is not explained.
It is felt.
It is lived truth.
I am here to change the way we understand sensuality.
From empty sex
to Sensuvitality.
From disconnection
to life force energy.
I see what others don’t see.
I feel what others don’t say.
I meet the real you.
Some feel peace with me.
Some feel triggered.
Both mean something is waking up
